    • European Union: 2-5 working days
    • Everywhere else: 7-10 working days(we only depend on the custom laws applied at the final destination)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. 30 days after your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any refund made excludes paid postage costs, so customers are accountable for postage costs when returning the item. Please do not send your purchase back to us until you get the authorization code from our customer care service: info@rosemarin-store.com 

    ANY RETURN SENT WITHOUT THE AUTHORISATION CODE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the returned item and if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
